Review of the Global Information Network (GIN) – One Year Later
It’s hard to believe that it’s already been over a year since I was first introduced to the Global Information Network (GIN) though the amazing “Your Wish is Your Command” CD program, and almost a year since I became a member of GIN.
Today I want to write a post to share my review of the Global Information Network (GIN) after being on the inside for almost a year.
I’ll start off by saying that I have been engaged in GIN on a part-time basis, as I have several other businesses that I run which take up a full time schedule so everything I have been doing with GIN has been done in my spare time, after hours and on weekends.
Nevertheless, even though GIN has not been a full time project for me, I have engaged in the club in a big way.
First of all, immediately after listening to Your Wish is Your Command last October, I put the information to the test and used the training inside that program to manifest the money required to become a Level 1 GIN Member.
I then immediately started studying the Success Mastery Level 1 course and began applying it’s teachings to my businesses. I saw almost instant positive results in my businesses which really got me excited about this information and the technology that GIN teaches.
My personal income (outside of GIN, and its affiliate program) began to go up almost immediately after joining GIN.
I also starting sharing the Your Wish is Your Command (YWIYC) program with some of my friends and family and on my Blog but I didn’t really commit to building the GIN affiliate program until about March of 2012.
By March 2012, I had seen some amazing transformations in my life in the areas where I was applying GIN training to and I also saw some incredible transformations with the people who I shared YWIYC with.
This got me inspired to commit to really engage in the GIN affiliate program as well.
In April 2012 I decided to go to the GIN Dream Weekend in Las Vegas with my wife, my sister and a good friend of mine who were all GIN Members as well.
What we experienced there completely blew us away.
The energetic experience of being in that room with 3,000 like-minded, positive people, and Kevin Trudeau and other top level speakers was amazing. I have never experienced such an energy in the room – ever.
The energy I am referring to is not the kind of “rah, rah!” energy I have experienced at other rally’s or sporting events. The energy I am referring to was like a force-field of some sort that literally hits you the second you walk into the room.
It felt like I was walking through a Stargate or something when I walked into the MGM Grand Ballroom where the event was held. I’m talking about walking into the room long before everyone was seated and long before any speakers were on stage. There was some sort of energy field in that room that you can’t explain in words. You have to experience it for yourself.
I was amazed. And I’ve been to many energetic seminars before – but nothing like this.
When I got back from Vegas I really began jumping into the GIN Affiliate program and really started embracing all the amazing training that GIN produces.
A few months later I attended the GIN G0 5 Star Weekend in Chicago, which is GINs premier event of the year for people who are interested in building the affiliate program.
What I learned there completely blew my mind. It was 3 days of training directly from Kevin Trudeau, teaching us how to build a 5 Star Platinum business where your income potential is somewhere in the neighborhood of $50k – $100k/month and it is possible to achieve these levels within 2-5 years (realistically) or sooner if you really engage 100%.
I also started attending the Local Chapter Meetings here in Vancouver, BC put on my a local GIN Sanctioned Speaker. There I met some incredible GIN members in my local area.
After attending my first Local Chapter Meeting I was hooked and have not missed a single meeting since then. The mastermind effect that happens at these meetings is incredible!
Last month in September, I also attended another affiliate seminar in Los Angeles, California and learned some very advanced prospecting methods that Kevin Trudeau taught a small handful of people back in 1996 when he grew a network marketing organization from zero to 200,000 people in 18 months.
The training was once again nothing short of world class.
So as you can see, even though I am not engaged in GIN full time, I have engaged in it in a really big way. I’ve traveled and attended several major events, as well as every local event that I could.
Starting in March 2012 I really started engaging in the GIN affiliate opportunity as well and have already started building an organization of GIN affiliates and members that spans across 26 countries worldwide just in my organization alone.
I still feel very much like I’m just getting started, as I have only now been completing the process of going through all the amazing training that GIN has to offer on the affiliate side of things but I’m already amazed at the results I’ve been producing.
The GIN Success Mastery Course
The GIN Success Mastery course is nothing short than absolute genius.
It is simple, practical and most importantly – it produces results.
So far I have gone through the Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and just started on the Level 4 training of the Success Mastery Course.

Going Beyond “Your Wish is Your Command”
One year ago I specifically remember being in a position where I had just finished listening to Your Wish is Your Command and I loved the information, but I didn’t understand how there could be anything more to learn beyond this course.
To me it seemed like YWIYC already covered everything there was to the Law of Attraction and how to be successful.
So for a while I hesitated on my decision to become a GIN member because I thought I already had all the value in my hands by listening to YWIYC.
After one year, and having gone through the Success Mastery Course Levels 1, 2, 3 and now Level 4 I can now categorically say without any shadow of doubt that there is incredible value in the Success Mastery Course.
Your Wish is Your Command is a great program and it is extremely valuable. I know people who have completely transformed their lives just by listening to YWIYC and applying it’s principles.
But as amazing as YWIYC really is, it is nothing compared to the information and training you get access to as a full GIN Member.
YWIYC is like kindergarten training compared to the rest. 
The GIN Affiliate Program
The GIN Affiliate program is a program that allows GIN Members to earn commissions for referring and sponsoring qualified prospects into the GIN club.
Since GIN is an invite-only success club, someone has to invite you into the club in order for you to be eligible to join. This person is called your sponsor.
When a person sponsors a new GIN Member, they qualify to earn a commission from that person’s initiation fees and membership fees.
In this way the GIN success club doesn’t have to waste any money on advertising and/or marketing the club. We simply rely on word-of-mouth referral marketing to spread the message of our club.
If you like the club, you share it with other people and you get rewarded if they decide to become members. It’s as simple as that.
The GIN Affiliate program is structured similar to other network marketing companies, however it has some incredible benefits that you simply don’t get anywhere else.
I have been involved in numerous amazing network marketing companies over the years but I have never seen anything as awesome as the GIN Affiliate program.
The training we have, and the structure that we work under is simply not available anywhere else.
The affiliate program is not for everyone, but for those who are interested in building a home-based business – I believe this is *the* most lucrative, fun an easy way to start your own business and earn extra money.
Review Summary
As you have probably figured out by now, I absolutely love everything about the Global Information Network.
I have never been part of a club like this. I have never seen the caliber of training that GIN provides anywhere else.
Sure you can go to any book store and buy books on any subject, or study virtually any subject you like online. I know this. I used to visit book stores every week and have read thousands of personal development books on a variety of topics.
I can definitely say though that the information you get access to inside GIN – you simply can’t get anywhere else. Period.
It is not available. It is hidden from the public. You will *not* get access to this information anywhere else.
It was hard for me to believe that one year ago when I first heard about GIN. I thought that all information could be found in book stores, or on the Internet for free.
But this is not true. The stuff that GIN teaches is not available out there.
It is unique to this club, and also the way that the club teaches the information through it’s success system is awesome.
So even if someone – for example – was able to hack into the GIN website and steal some of the information, it wouldn’t really be the same as the information has to be taught in a certain way so as to have an effect.
It is similar to martial arts training. You can read a book on Karate or Kung Fu, but that doesn’t mean that you’ll understand how to perform the techniques properly.
These things have to be taught one-on-one, or in group settings where the information, and the energy and the training/techniques are transferred to you from your teacher.
This is how GIN works as well.
I know that GIN is not for everyone. Some people are not interested in improving their life situation. Some people do want improvements but they are not willing to invest in themselves.
But for those of you who have heard about GIN, or have heard about Your Wish is Your Command and who have been following my Blog for a while now – and who have been thinking about possibly joining GIN but weren’t sure if it’s worth it, I can categorically say YES.
YES, YES, YES it is absolutely worth it.
I highly recommend this club.

e84 Challenge – Day 1
Today is Day 1 of my e84 Challenge from Evolv Health.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been this excited to start something like this.
There’s just so much I love about Evolv Health as a company and it’s mission to transform the lives of 8.4 Million people with the e84 Challenge.
It’s so exciting for me to start my very own first ever e84 Challenge.

This is my official weigh-in / Day 1 video for the challenge.
As I stated in the video, my goals for this challenge are to lose at least 25lbs and to walk, jog or run at least 50kms in the next 84 days.
What is the e84 Challenge?

What Does the e84 Challenge Cost?
A few people have asked me about the costs associated with doing the e84 Challenge.
The cool thing about the e84 Challenge is that there are several ways in which the e84 can cost you absolutely nothing!
Let me explain.
Firstly, as I mentioned in the video, the idea here is to replace 1 – 2 meals per day with an Evolv Shake. So for example, I will be replacing my breakfasts and most likely my lunch with an Evolv shake.
I typically spend at least $3-$4 on breakfast, and at least $6-$8 on my lunches. That adds up to about $9-$12/day for breakfast and lunch, which is about $250-$336 every 28 days.
Now I realize that not everyone spends that much money for breakfast and lunch, but most people spend at least half that amount. Now, each Evolv Shake costs around $2.64 so if you replace your breakfast and lunch with an Evolv shake for 28 days, that would cost you around $150/month – which is still a huge savings over eating regular meals.
Secondly though, even if you’re a super frugal Ninja and you spend much less on your breakfast and lunches each day, you can still qualify to get your e84 Challenge products free.
Here’s how.
Evolv Health has a program out called “1-2-Free”. How it works is that if you simply refer three of your friends to the company to do the e84 Challenge with you – your products in the following month (of equal value) are free!
Getting your friends on the e84 Challenge with you is an awesome idea anyways as it’s always more fun to do stuff like this with friends, but with the added incentive of qualifying to get your products for free, it’s an even better deal.
It only took me a few phone calls to find three friends who wanted to do the e84 Challenge with me, so my product is pretty much free. And since I was previously spending about $250-$336/month (or more) on breakfast and lunch, that is all extra money in my pocket just for participating in this challenge.
So really, depending on your specific situation – the e84 Challenge might not cost you very much, it could be free, or it could even put MORE money in your pocket versus not participating in the e84 Challenge.

Why I Chose Evolv e84?
Last week I was sitting in the kitchen, having a conversation with my wife – talking about the two other companies I previously signed up as a distributor in – Isagenix and ViSalus.
Each of the two companies has their own unique strengths and weaknesses, but neither of them does everything in one.
For example, ViSalus is a company with a great marketing system and the growth momentum they’ve had in the last 2-3 years has been astronomical. However, personally I cannot stomach their shake product because it is sweetened with the artificial sweetener Sucralose. Since their meal-replacement shake is a staple of their program, and since I can’t drink it, and I don’t feel right promoting anything I don’t use myself – ViSalus just didn’t fit with me.
There a few other things that I don’t agree with in ViSalus, but the Sucralose is the primary thing that I didn’t like. Outside of that though, I think they are a great company for those people who are fine drinking Sucralose.
Isagenix, on the other hand has an awesome shake product. I love the natural ingredients, and I love the taste of their shakes and other products as well.
However, I find their marketing system nowhere near the level of sophistication of ViSalus. They are an older, more mature company, with a different marketing approach compared to ViSalus.
At the end of the day I like what Isagenix does with their products, and I like what ViSalus does with their marketing – but for me personally I don’t find either company had everything I was looking for in one place.
So last week I was having a chat with my wife, discussing the two different companies along with several other companies in this market and I was telling my wife what I would love to see in a company if I could create a “perfect” company.
I described how it would be a company that had a great product like Isagenix, and a great support and marketing system like ViSalus, plus about 20-25 other small things that I have seen in other companies that I have not seen in Isagenix or ViSalus.
The way I was describing my “perfect company”, was as if I was just fantasizing and dreaming about an ideal that I really didn’t think could even exist out there.
The really weird thing is that on Friday afternoon, just after I starter writing my Blog post on completing my HCG Diet Program, I discovered a new company called Evolv Health.
I started doing a little bit of research, and then a little bit more, and then I ended up almost staying up the entire night because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
This relatively new company I discovered was basically EXACTLY what I had described to my wife just a few days earlier.
They have a great line of products.
They have a great marketing system and support structure.
And their business opportunity is totally ground floor!
Plus they have a whole bunch of other amazing things that I have never seen in any other company of it’s kind — and all those things were implemented in a virtual identical way to the way I described it to my wife.
I was totally blow away.
I spent this entire weekend researching everything I could about this company, the e84 Challenge, the technology behind the website, the management team, their compensation structure, their testimonials and success stories and I am blown away.
I immediately signed up as a distributor, ordered my e84 Challenge pack and now I’m waiting for my product to arrive so that I can start my challenge.

HCG Diet Program – Day 38 – Final Results
Today is Day 38 of my HCG Diet Program, and it is my final day of following the program.
In this post I’m going to detail my results, since starting the program and then explain what I’m doing next.
First, let’s talk results…
HCG Diet Program Results – After 38 Days
Let’s start with a chart, since it’s much easier to visually see my results in a chart than with just numbers.
Here’s my chart:
As you can see in the chart, I started my HCG Diet Program on July 18th weighing in at 227.2 lbs and as of today (Aug 24th) I’m at 215.2 lbs which means I’ve lost 12.0 lbs since being on the program.
Now, just a couple of days ago I was down to 212.0 lbs so that was a loss of 15.2 lbs.
My weight has been fluctuation between 212 – 215 lbs the last few days since I stopped taking the HCG drops and have been planning out my next steps.
Also, today’s weigh-in at 215.2 lbs was done after lunch, whereas I normally weigh myself in first thing in the morning so the weigh-in weight is a bit higher than what it would have been in the morning.
So “officially” my weight today is 215.2 lbs, but for the purposes of judging the results of the HCG Diet Program I would say that I am somewhere around 213-215 lbs today, which means in the 38 Days I’ve been on the program, I lost around 12 – 14lbs.
My Review of the HCG Diet Program
Now that I completed a full cycle of the HCG Diet Program, I’m VERY happy with the results I’ve gotten, considering that I have only been following the diet program maybe 30-50% of the time.
Also, even though today is Day 38 of the HCG Program, I stopped taking my HCG drops after about 33 days as Dr. Dale recommends taking a break after 29 days or so before doing another round.
As you can see in the graph as well, by Day 25 I was already at around 13-14lbs lost.
I gained a bit back after that due to attending several BBQ’s, a birthday party and a few other events where I wasn’t eating the healthiest meals.
Overall the program was easy to follow, and the HCG drops were simple & easy to take. Much easier than taking HCG injections for sure.
What I’m Doing Next
So, what am I going to do next? I still have at least 26.2 lbs left to lose in my Weight Loss Challenge with Tyler Cruz and I’ve got until mid November at the latest to lose that weight?
After a period of rest, I could do another round of Dr. Dale’s HCG drops but I’ve decided not to do that.
The reason for that is because I think I have found another way to lose at least 26.2 lbs that I still have to lose.
I think I found something that is way more exciting, way more fun, and that will allow me to involve and help a whole bunch of other people.
I am going to reveal what it is this weekend.
I can’t say what it is yet.
I can say that it is NOT the Isagenix line of products or the IsaBody Challenge.
I can also say that it is NOT the ViSalus line of products or the BodyByVi 90 Day Challenge.
It’s something I literally just discovered today and am super pumped about.

Law of Attraction Secrets Help Trevor Millar Build His ViSalus MLM Business
This morning I had the privilege of interviewing one of my long-time friends and business associates – Trevor Millar. Trevor has been a personal friend of mine and Law of Attraction student for over 10 years. He has manifested a multitude of successes in his life since becoming a student of personal development, and the Law of Attraction.
From manifesting a dream job of becoming a Cruise Director for Holland America Line, to manifesting the girl of his dreams and now his wife – Becky Millar. Trevor has had many successes with the Law of Attraction, and his latest venture is building a network marketing downline in a company called ViSalus.
I interviewed Trevor to see how he has been using the Law of Attraction in the MLM / Network Marketing company ViSalus that he is building with his wife.
PAUL: So Trevor, tell us a little bit about ViSalus – the network company that you are promoting – let’s start with when you first joined ViSalus and what drew you to the network marketing industry and this particular company specifically?
TREVOR: Having been in business for a good number of years, I kept finding myself looking at different network marketing companies. I couldn’t deny the beauty of residual income and I saw that if you take an unbiased look at network marketing, it just makes good business sense. Having been a salesman however, I knew one of the biggest keys to success was sharing a product or service that you believed strongly in. For example, somewhat ironically, I love Coca-Cola, and always knew I’d be great at selling that, as it’s easy to talk about something you love. My problem in the past with network marketing had been the nature of the products; I hadn’t been able to find a product I loved.
ViSalus started popping up all over facebook early last year. I saw a buddy of mine from high-school post about a free BMW he’d got. That didn’t do much for me, I thought it was some kind of gimmick, but then I saw his wife’s picture on facebook a month or so later with her new BMW. That’s when I started paying closer attention. Another woman I knew posted a ‘before’ pic on facebook, then 90 days later an ‘after’ pic where she had lost 40 lbs.
A month after that I saw that same woman collect a $25,000 bonus cheque, a short four months after starting with the company, this again made me take notice.Finally, a couple that my wife and I are close to invited us over to their place to get the full ViSalus pitch. We tasted these milkshakes, watched a DVD, and I got it. The simplicity was undeniable. Press blend on a blender, press play on a DVD, and your job is done. Having been a Cruise Director on ships, I am very comfortable speaking to crowds, but I knew that a successful network marketing business needed to be duplicatable, I needed to be able to walk away from it and it still work. Pressing blend and play, anyone can do that, especially when this Challenge actually saves their friends money.
39 days later, I too was driving a BMW paid for by ViSalus and making about $2000 a month in residuals.
PAUL: Now, you’ve been into personal development for over 10 years now, and constantly working on your mental game. What kind of an advantage do you think your mental game gave you when building your ViSalus business?
TREVOR: Really, it’s everything. While my success with this company isn’t near where it’s going to be, and I know I need to keep growing in order to get it there, I’ve said many times to people on my team that the prime reason for any success I’ve seen is all the personal development I’ve put myself through over the last 15 years.
It’s fair to say that I never would have even considered this line of work, or working on cruise ships for that matter, without reading books like The Science of Getting Rich or Think and Grow Rich. It’s through exposure to ideas like ‘anything the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve’ that allow the inner child to let loose a little and start dreaming again. I had a pretty dull view of the world in the years leading up to a realization school never taught me that, ‘Wow! Books can actually teach you something useful!’
Moreover, ViSalus is all about the 90 Day Challenge. I did a crazy thing a few years ago and went on a Skytrain here in Vancouver to try and inspire commuters with a positive message (video on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZCadeE_2nE ). It was a test of courage. One of the aspects of that message was to set a 90 day goal and go after it. Then years later ViSalus comes into my life asking everyone to set 90 Day Challenge goals and go after them. This company resonated with me because it’s got ‘personal development’ written all over it.
PAUL: In October 2011, I shared with you a program called “Your Wish is Your Command” (YWIYC). At the time I told you how impressed I was with the training in YWIYC and how in over 15 years of personal development research and studies, and over 10 years of experience in using the Law of Attraction I have never heard anything as complete and amazing as the YWIYC program. What did you think of the YWIYC when you first heard it?
TREVOR: It blew me away, and I’ll echo your question back to you. In over 15 years of personal development and studying things like the Law of Attraction, Your Wish Is Your Command has it all. It’s by far the most comprehensive; A to Z, without missing any steps, program of it’s kind that I know of. I’ve shared the audio with a few friends and I normally preface it with ‘you know how much I’ve studied this type of material, trust me when I say to set aside your doubt and make this yours’.
I think the biggest thing I’ve got from it however is that my wife has listened to it with me a couple of times. My wife has always been supportive of some of my beliefs that may, at first glance, seem a bit ‘out there’, but having Kevin Trudeau explain this material in the way he does has allowed for some richness and great context from which my wife and I can now work together.
PAUL: Hahaha, my next question was, I remember that you also ended up sharing the program with your wife Becky. What did she think of YWIYC when she listened to it?
TREVOR: My wife is a professional singer. We met on cruise ships. She’s an amazing talent, look Becky Millar up on YouTube. Having worked on ships for her whole adult life, she had a charmed, but institutionalized existence. She didn’t need to set big life goals and go after them, she was great where she was. Marrying me, and moving to land, changed all that. We have been working together on the Body by Vi Challenge, and I think that having the YWIYC influence early on in building this thing together has meant a lot.
Setting out on any venture is pretty much synonymous with the fact that things aren’t always going to go the way you planned. Being able to have both of us turn to the mindset learned in YWIYC has saved us a lot of worrying. As I’m sure a lot of your readers know, having a husband (or vice-versa) who buys into the LoA, while the wife buys into stress and worry, gets everyone nowhere quickly. YWIYC has bridged a gap for sure. Now we’re using these same techniques to not only grow our businesses, but to get Becky back into the spotlight she deserves.
PAUL: How has your ViSalus business been doing since Oct 2011 after you listened to Your Wish is Your Command?
TREVOR: Again, we’re not done growing by any means, but business has been great. While working on ViSalus part-time, I’ve built myself up to the rank of National Director, which basically means I’m making about $3500 a month. Not bad for a part-time gig. I’ve also shared YWIYC with some of my team members, and not surprisingly, those who have taken it most to heart are now leaders on my team.
The principles covered in YWIYC have helped me in my 90 Day Challenges too. My first challenge was just to drink a couple of tasty milkshakes a day and see what happened. I lost 20lbs and got to my ideal body weight. My next challenge was to compete in two Tough Mudder races in 90 days. I’d never run any race in my life. I pulled it off. Currently I’m on day 15 of 90 days in a row of Bikram Yoga. I’d only ever tried it twice before this run. All of these challenges came into reality because of the principles of personal development I’ve acquired over the years, including YWIYC.
It comes down to the fact that you’ll never become the person you dream of becoming by staying the same way you are now. Good ‘self-help’ materials can be the catalyst you need to change.
PAUL: What kind of things have you been able to manifest within and outside of your ViSalus business by applying some of the principles taught in “Your Wish is Your Command”?
TREVOR: Although YWIYC wasn’t around yet, I was using some of the same principles when I got a job as a Cruise Director on luxury cruise liners. In 2005 I was at a point where I wasn’t fulfilled in the job I was doing, so I applied to work on a cruise ship. I had a friend who worked for Holland America Line, and after a few phone interviews, I got a job as Cruise Staff which is the lowest rung on the entertainment ladder, making about $50 a day. This was a big pay cut from my last job, but as soon as I got the job, I said to a few friends, “Watch, I’ll be Cruise Director within a year.” They laughed, as this was an unreasonable goal… I’d never worked in the entertainment business before, or on cruise ships, and the CD position, being in charge of the entertainment department, and the face of the ship, seemed like a pipe-dream.
The same day I got on my first ship I started saying to myself, “I am Cruise Director.” Sure, I imagine this puts out some kind of intangible ‘vibe’ for the universe to pick up and act on, but it also made me start ‘acting as-if’. I definitely didn’t have the skills required to be a CD, but going in knowing I would one day be one, I started looking for my deficiencies, and acted towards fixing them. Soon enough, ‘coincidences’ and synchronicities started happening that lead me to my dream job.
After my first contract I was promoted to Assistant CD and was put on the same ship as a good friend of mine who was the CD. Thank God I was put on his ship, because as it turns out, I didn’t have the skills required to even be an assistant. Had I been put on anyone else’s ship, I would have been fired. Three months into that contract the Cruise Director’s grandmother passed away. She’d been fighting illness for quite some time. While he was gone for her funeral, I was promoted to CD temporarily. I did a pretty good job. In a couple of weeks the CD came back, but he only had two weeks left of his contract. After that, another CD was slated to join the ship. As it turned out, the Captain and Hotel Manager didn’t like the guy they were sending, so they asked the head office to let me stay on as CD for an additional 4 months. I accepted the offer, and remained CD until I left that company.
It took me eight months from the time I stated with the company to land the CD position, well under my one year goal.
PAUL: That’s an awesome accomplishment in a short period of time. How do you find the training in that course relates to entrepreneurs and especially entrepreneurs building a network marketing company like ViSalus?
TREVOR: I’d bet that an entrepreneur’s mindset, whether they’re conscious of it or not, is probably the sole factor for success in any venture. Yes, it takes hard work, but a persons mind needs to be in the right place for that work to get done. The training in YWIYC works on many levels. Look at some of the basics Kevin Trudeau lays down such as, ‘Who do you listen to?’ This is something that applies not only in personal development, but also in money management. It cracks me up when people take financial advice from minimum wage employees just because they work for a big name firm. The ‘Training Balance Scale’ in YWIYC also helps you move through tough times, knowing that the next ‘thing’ is probably just ‘off the radar’, so don’t worry about the ‘how’ and move forward with the same ‘I am the _____________’ attitude I had when striving for CD. Work with the end in mind, and plow through the seeming obstacles.
PAUL: Who would you recommend should listen to “Your Wish is Your Command”?
TREVOR: Anyone who wasn’t raised in a secret society!? I say that tongue-in-cheek, but really… You’re either growing, or you’re shrinking. There are lots of people who believe they like shrinking, who believe that staying as you are is the safe bet, and these types of people seem to have their challenges in life force-fed to them. My experience is that someone who makes a conscious decision to purposely challenge themselves, whether it’s a health challenge, or opening their mind to new ideas that may at first seem uncomfortable, these people have lives that seem to make them happy. Ultimately, I think life is about finding that space within you that is happiness, and living from that spot all the time. If that seems like a cool option, YWIYC is a great road map.
