HCG Diet Program – Day 3
Today’s update will be short and sweet.
I just wanted to report my results so far and also to post a few pictures of the type of meals I’ve been eating on the diet, in addition to taking my Homeopathic HCG drops.
Results So Far
Firstly I’ll say that I’m super excited about the fact that the headache I experienced on Day 1 of the diet has not returned.
I felt it a little bit when I woke up yesterday but it faded pretty quickly.
Today I have been feeling much more energized and much better. I might even go for a jog later on tonight.
As far as weight loss is concerned, so far I’ve lost 3.0 lbs as of this morning in the first 3 days on the diet.
We will see how things progress as time goes one, but I’m not surprised that I’ve lost 3lbs in the first 2 days as results are always fastest right in the beginning.
HCG Diet Meals

On my first day of the diet, I had this Wild Salmon, Half Baked Potato and Brocollini meal.

Yesterday I had this Veggie Stir Fry, which was really good. Both meals were prepared by my wife. She knows how to make healthy food taste good.
That’s it for today’s update. I’ll have more details on my progress soon.

Those meals look delicious, and their making me hungry
Good job on the Diet!
Thanks. Yes, they were delicious! Drea is an awesome cook.
Good luck with drops. Hoping you have a great success. I’m glad that I stumbled on to your blog about it. I have been contemplating using the drops as well but am glad that I get to see someone else go first. LOL. Best of luck to you Paul!
Do your research and make sure you purchase the right drops, from a reputable producer, and make sure the diet fits with it. If it’s homeopathic drops, you should not be doing the original HCG diet plan which contains a lot of caffeine (via coffee, and teas). Hope my progress inspires you. I will have another update today.
Hey, nice blog! I hope your progress is still as expected. I plan on starting the shots on the 1st. Sort of nervous about keeping the weight off once I lose it, considering THAT is my true problem.
Yes, keeping the weight off is definitely harder. The trick is to have the right “mental” support. I can point you to some great resources on that if you’d like. Just email me through my contact form on the Blog if you’re interested.
