Interview with Tara J King
As many of you have probably noticed, I haven’t been writing a lot of Blog posts this year.
Since becoming a GIN member, I have been manifesting so many amazing people, events and opportunities in my life that it’s been a bit hard to keep up with a regular Blogging schedule.
I have a lot of cool stuff to share, but it’s just been hard to find the time to sit down and Blog – especially with how quickly things are changing in my life.
One of the things I want to share with you guys today is an interview I did with Tara J King.
Tara J King is a singer / song writer / performer who I met in Las Vegas at the GIN Dream Weekend in April. She is a Visionary Member with GIN and performed for us in Vegas during the event.
One of the main reasons I wanted to interview Tara is because she is an awesome example of someone who has and is using the training that GIN provides to make her dreams of singing and performing come true.
That is what GIN is all about – helping you make YOUR dreams come true.
Many people misunderstand what GIN is all about. For some reason, a lot of people think that GIN is just a network marketing company that teaches you how to build a network marketing business.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Yes, GIN does have an affiliate program that allows you to earn a commission when you invite qualified members into the club. However, that is just a tiny little aspect of what GIN is really about.
GIN is really about teaching you how to make YOUR dreams come true – regardless what those dreams may be. Whether that is to run a restaurant, or to raise capital for a business, or to start a business, or to write a book, or to lose weight and get healthier, or to get out of debt, or to launch your singing career like Tara.
It doesn’t matter what your dreams are, GIN training will help you achieve those dreams.
One of Tara’s dreams was to sing and perform in Las Vegas, and GIN helped her achieve that dream. She is a prime example of how well the training works, which is why I wanted to interview her for this Blog.
So, without further ado, here’s the interview with Tara J King:
Paul: Hi Tara, and thank you for taking the time to do this interview for my Blog readers at Paulymath.com. My wife and I had the privilege of hearing you sing in Las Vegas at the GIN (Global Information Network) Dream Weekend event, and we were really inspired with the story you shared on stage.
I thought your story was very inspiring, and I figured it would be a cool story to share with my readers.
To start with, why don’t you tell us a little bit about yourself, where you’re from and maybe a bit about your music?
Tara: Hello Paulymath readers.
My name is Tara J King and I’m a singer / song writer / performer from Los Angeles, California. Singing has been with me from the beginning. Diaper days…

I could sing before I could talk.
I moved around a lot in my life and I have experimented with many different styles of music. These two entities of my life paralleled me to this exact moment of where I am now. I’m Soul, Blues, Folk, Pop. Mix all that together and there you have it.

I like to call it Rootsy Organic Music.
Paul: Now, when we were at Dream Weekend, and we saw and heard you up there on stage singing, at first I thought that GIN just hired a professional artist to come and sing for us that evening. I had no idea that you were actually one of our sisters in GIN and that singing on that stage was actually one of your dreams coming true that night.
If we can, let’s back up a little bit… when did you first get become a GIN affiliate or member?
Tara: In October of 2009. I’m a visionary member. Yes, I’m one of your GIN sisters.

Paul: Ok, so you’ve been in GIN for almost 3 years now. How many of these major events, like the one in Las Vegas have you been to?
Tara: Four major events.
Paul: Very cool. And, at the Dream Weekend in Vegas I remember you sharing with us your story of having the dream you had. Can you share with us what that dream was? And was that a dream that you’ve always had, or is that something you dreamt about after becoming a GIN member?
Tara: Becoming a professional singer / songwriter / performer has been a dream of mine since childhood. I’ve been in the business for some time now continually growing, performing, and seeing my dream get bigger and bigger.
When I became a member of GIN back when it started (thanks to my father for exposing this information to me : ) ) I was living in New York city chasing my dream. When I say “chasing”, I mean chasing. Then I started listening to the “Your Wish is Your Command” CDs and putting the principles into practice. At the time I didn’t even think to share the information.
Since then, after practicing these principles I’ve shared the information and lets just say so many amazing opportunities and people have manifested into my life.
Paul: The Vegas Dream weekend was my first major event with the Global Information Network. When I walked through the doors into that convention center room, filled with 3,000 GIN brothers and sisters, right when I was walking through the doorway – it was like getting slapped in the face with an energy field I have never ever experienced in my life! The best way I could describe it was like a wave of positivity, excitement and joy. I actually walked back out and walked back in just to see if it would happen again, and it did!
Did you feel the same thing being there in Vegas for that event?
Tara: The convention center is HUGE in Vegas! Yes and Yes. I had the opportunity to sneak in earlier that afternoon to do a sound check and I could feel the energy already. The energy with all the people in it took me to a whole other level. I will never forget that night.
Paul: And what was the energy like when you went up on stage and actually got to perform for our 3,000 GIN brothers and sisters?
Tara: It felt like my type of audience (a universal audience from all walks for life.) Seekers, conscious beings wanting to connect and make a positive difference in the world we live in. It felt like home up there.

Paul: I remember when you shared your story with us in the room, and all of us heard about what your dream was and how you were making it happen right there in front of all of us, the energy / electricity in the room just exploded and people were so EXCITED for you. What did that feel like, being up there on stage?
Tara: It felt like home. It was my sweet spot.
Paul: One of the biggest benefits of being a GIN member, beyond the amazing training of course, is that we get the support of everyone in our GIN family to help us make our dreams come true – whatever those dreams may be. What would you say to someone who is not yet a GIN member, in terms of how important that support has been for you?
Tara: I would say the like-mindedness is something I haven’t experienced before.
Paul: When we saw and heard you sing up there on stage, you looked so comfortable and confident. Would you say that GIN has helped you with building that confidence as well, or did you already have that kind of confidence prior to joining GIN?
Tara: I recently heard this cool concept called the “Do Be Do Be Do” effect. I’ve been doing it and being it for a while. I believe it’s a part of me at this point. And yes, GIN has definitely helped play a role in my confidence on stage. I learn something new every time I get on stage so it’s a never ending experience. Sure I get nervous but as soon as the first note is played, “It’s Show Time!”
Paul: One question or concern that I have had quite a few people share with me, after listening to “Your Wish is Your Command” and while they are considering becoming GIN Members, is that they would love to get more training, but their concern is that they are NOT interested in building a GIN business – meaning, participating in the GIN affiliate program.
I always tell people that GIN is NOT just for people who want to build the GIN affiliate program. In fact, the majority of GIN members join simply for the GIN Member benefits and not the affiliate program/business opportunity because THEIR dreams lie outside of the GIN business.
What would you say to someone who has a dream that has nothing to do with building an affiliate business within GIN?
Tara: Stay true to your path. Follow the path that feels the best. If you decide later you’d like to share the affiliate business with others than share your network. The information, and the people will follow. This information alone will change your life and get you closer to your dream. At the end of the day it’s your choice on what you do with this information.
Paul: Could you share some other ways that the GIN training has helped you to make your dreams come true?
Tara: I found a great community (like mindedness), my relationships with others are a lot more fulfilling, different opportunities, events, and people have continued to fill my cup, and my mind is in much more of a stronger healthy space.
Paul: At the Dream Weekend in Vegas, you were selling your CD album and all the GIN Members had a chance to get it personally signed by you. If my readers here at Paulymath.com would like to purchase a copy of that Album, what is the best place for them to find it?
Tara: Right now they’re selling it in the GIN store but if you’d like to purchase my EP “Listen” you can download it on iTunes or email me at info@tarajking.com and I will send you a personally signed physical CD for $6.99 shipping and tax included. I love corresponding to each individual that supports my art!! Email me.

Paul: And what is the best place for my readers to plug into what you’re up to moving forward? Do you have a website, or Blog they can visit?
Tara: I do have a Blog and Website!! The new website is coming soon. Getting a face lift.
Can check me out at www.tarajking.com. Here’s my links so you can follow me: Facebook Fan, Twitter, YouTube.
Paul: Awesome. Is there anything else that you’d like to share with my readers about GIN, making your dreams come true, or just in general?
Tara: Believe and have faith that you’re dreams will come. Never give up!!! You are co-creating with the Universe. Let go and flow. Send your goals out, give gratitude with a great attitude, take action, be consistent, and watch what happens.

Paul: Great! Well thank you so much for taking the time to do this interview. I hope it inspires others to follow their dreams – whatever they may be – as our dreams really can come true!
Tara: Thank you for your time Paul! You asked great questions. You’re Blog is a true inspiration and I appreciate being a part of it.
Peace, love, and many blessings to you!!
Paul: Let’s keep in touch and I hope to hear more of your great musical talent in the future!
Tara: We will definitely keep in touch!
One of the great things about being a GIN member is that members pledge to help other members, and the relationships that you build inside the club with like-minded individuals are simply amazing.
Tara is a great example of this.
Here are a couple of videos from her EP “Listen” and a Showtime performance from the Apollo.
If you enjoy Tara’s music, check out her website and as a Paulymath reader if you’d like to get a personally autographed copy of her album, you can purchase one directly from her at info@tarajking.com.
Enjoy:
