P90X – Day 46 – Yoga X
I didn’t get a chance to start my workout today until 1am in the morning. I thought that it’s going to be a really tough workout since I didn’t start it until so late, but actually it went really well. I had lots of energy, and the Yoga postures just seemed to flow really nicely today.
I went in and had an adjustment done on my neck by Dr. Nima again today, so maybe that had something to do with it. My knee hasn’t been bothering me since last time, which I’m super excited about.
Today was also the fourth time someone told me that I look thinner in the last 7 days. Weight wise I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but I think I’ve lost some fat and replaced it with muscle. It’s hard to see it myself, as I see myself in the mirror every day but people who haven’t seen me for a few weeks are starting to notice, which is cool.
I’m not even following the diet 100% either, so it’s good to see that you can get results even if you’re not perfect with the diet part. Of course I’m sure I’d get even better results if I was following the diet properly.
For lunch today I had Sushi – Assorted Tempura and California Rolls. For dinner I had mashed potatoes, chicken wings and a big Caesar Salad.
